Running. I love it.  And my goal with the “Smile when you run!” coaching program is to help people like you train, run and fuel properly so you can love it too. 

If you’re new to running or just want to bring your running to the next level, my run coaching can get you there with a smile on your face.  That’s because my coaching philosophy is to focus on the individual not the plan.  Instead of trying to push you to train for your race in the shortest time frame possible, I want to help you run that first 5k/10k/Half-Marathon with as much energy and confidence as possible…so you’ll keep running long after you’ve crossed the finish line.

When you choose my private coaching program, we’ll come up with a training plan that fits your life.  My run coaching allows you to train as hard as you choose, but you’ll always run smart.  Our weekly check-ins will keep you accountable and on pace. They will also allow for valuable feedback on how you’re feeling, what’s working and what’s not so we can tweak the plan accordingly.

Since you’ll have me organizing your training plan each week, you get to turn off that part of your brain and just focus on the work ahead of you.  Along the way I’ll provide tips on how to fuel your training, what exercises will complement your running and discuss strategies to minimize chance of injury.  For you, this means less time chasing down information and more time chasing down that pavement!

And if that wasn’t enough good stuff, once you sign-up for any of my services, you’ll have FREE access to my web health portal and mobile app. Everything you need in one place – Lifestyle journaling, appointment scheduling, access to resources and a chat function to reach out whenever you need me.
