No worries my friend, I’ve got you covered.   My “Smile when you Run” Run Coaching Program is designed for anyone brand new to running or anyone that has tried it here and there but haven’t been able to make it stick.  For 12 weeks I become your personal accountability coach on all things running.  We’ll communicate every week on your training plan and if we need to tweak it, how you’re feeling, what obstacles you’re facing, and really any questions you have as a new runner…like, how to buy running sneakers, what gear do you need (and what gear you don’t!), should you eat before and/or after a run session, how to prep for a race, and anything else that may come up!

  • Initial 45 minute Health & Physical Activity Assessment Session 
  • Individual Weekly Training Plan, developed in 4 week blocks (evaluated weekly)
  • 1 (one) progress run with Coach T (additional one-on-one runs available as an add-on)
  • Weekly accountability check-ins
  • Weekly individual progress feedback
  • Sports Nutrition tips
  • Coaching advice for run sessions, alternative workouts and injury prevention
  • “Smile when you run!” Gear Tips Sheet
  •  “Smile when you run!” Training Log
  • Access to run coach via client portal to discuss any questions you have along the way!
  • Race day strategies (if applicable

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your location, the weather may require you to run indoors.  Access to a treadmill is the responsibility of each individual participant.
