9 Week Series of Quick Tips to Practice Gratitude

The busy holiday season kicks off today and I love that it is a time that many people really do take time to be grateful for their family, friends and loved ones on those special days.

You’ll see in this article that that there are many health benefits for choosing gratitude, and that’s really the key…it is a choice, a mindset, that each of us can weave into our daily lives that will have such an impact on ourselves, our family and our community.
